Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use reliable, economical and trackable services for shipping. Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on the type of item, the number of items in the order and the shipping destination. 

The following table lists estimated shipping costs* and times (for a parcel containing garments) for destinations around the world.

* Shipping costs for smaller items such as jewellery may be lower.
** Shipping charges do not include any import taxes

Please note, we are unable to change shipping/delivery address after the order has been dispatched. If you do notice your delivery address to be incorrect, please contact us ASAP before we dispatch/ship your order. If you notice the error after the item has been shipped, you may contact the courier requesting for the item to be returned to sender. Once the package is returned to us, you will then be required to pay the postage fee again to get this dispatched to the correct address. Please note that not all delivery services offer this option, so we highly recommend that you check your delivery address carefully.

Please be aware that delivery to a safe place option is entirely a choice made by the recipient with the delivery service. As senders we have no control over it therefore cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which may result from the package being left in the requested safe place.
